liquid asset definition - finance
Either
cash or an asset that is easily convertible into cash, such as bank deposits or
money market fund shares. Typically, a companyÂ’s liquid assets are cash,
marketable securities, and accounts receivable. Examples of illiquid assets are
real estate, venture capital investments, and limited partnerships.
