investment club definition - finance
A
group of friends or associates who pool their money together and make joint
investment decisions about what stocks to invest in. Each member contributes
money, usually on a monthly basis, and shares in the profits or loss of the
club. Investment clubs have grown in popularity during the last two decades.
The National Association of Investors Corporation is a well-known association
of investment clubs.
