cash flow yield definition - finance
A
financial ratio that measures how well a company generates cash from its
current operations. Calculate cash flow yield by subtracting net cash flow from
operating activities and dividing the resulting number by net income. This
ratio measures a companyÂ’s cash-generating efficiency using cash flow. Other
ratios accomplish a similar objective by using cash flows to sales and cash
flows to assets.
