504 Program

504 Program definition - finance
A U.S. Small Business Administration program that awards loans to small businesses. Loans made through this program can be used to purchase real estate and heavy equipment, or to build facilities. For fiscal year 2003, up to $4.5 billion was authorized to be lent through the 504 Program.
