A COPAYMENT IS THE PORTION FROM WICH THE PATIENT IS RESPONSIBLE. YOUR INSURANCE SHOULD SEND YOU A (EOB)EXPLANATION OF BENEFITS AND IT SHOULD TELL YOU HOW MUCH YOU NEED TO PAY TO YOUR HEALTH PROVIDER OR SPECIALIST FOR THE SERVICES THAT YOU HAVE RECEIVED. IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS ABOUT A BILL THAT YOU RECEIVE FROM YOUR DR GO BACK AND LOOK FOR YOUR EOB MOST LIKELY THE ANSWER WILL BE THERE.
